Tedesco secures second Dally M Medal after standout season

Sydney Roosters star James Tedesco has clinched the Dally M Medal for the second time, showcasing a remarkable performance throughout the season.

During an impressive year, Tedesco led the Roosters into the NRL finals, achieving 11 tries and averaging 194 metres per game, adding another Dally M Medal to his 2019 win.

The Roosters captain participated in all 25 matches this season, delivering 22 try assists and making 21 line breaks, solidifying his reputation as one of the top fullbacks in rugby league history.

Despite facing considerable criticism in recent years, Tedesco takes pride in his resilience and commitment to maintaining peak performance.

At the end of Round 12, the 32-year-old ranked third in the voting, trailing Warriors halfback Luke Metcalf by three points.
