The Roosters have nine days before next Sunday's grand final, where they will face Penrith Panthers or Newcastle Knights.
Coach Trent Robinson said the club hopes Connor Watson can play, although an independent doctor upgraded his concussion symptoms from Category 2 to Grade 1, ruling him out of the qualifying final.
Watson faces an 11-day stand-down and underwent tests after fulltime to assess his condition.
Robinson described Watson's availability as "a watch this space on Connor."
Victor Radley was penalised and placed on report for a tackle during the Dolphins qualifier; the NRL match review committee was due to announce any charges Saturday morning.
Robinson said Radley went to his knees before weight was applied and there was no force.
"I'd say he will be right on that," Robinson said of Radley.
