Joel Selwood, the AFL great and former Captain, has expressed his gratitude towards the Melbourne Storm for the opportunities he has had as their Leadership Coach during the past season.
According to a report on the Melbourne Storm's official website, Selwood joined the coaching staff in November after retiring from the AFL and winning his fourth Premiership as Captain.
Since then, he has played a crucial role in mentoring and coaching the current and emerging leaders of the Storm.
Frank Ponissi, a representative of the Melbourne Storm, has praised Selwood, calling him an incredible asset for the club.
Ponissi also extended his well wishes to Selwood for his future endeavors beyond the 2023 campaign.
