Storm's Meaney Out for Cowboys Match

Melbourne Storm's Nick Meaney has been announced as unavailable for their upcoming match against the North Queensland Cowboys this Saturday.

According to NewsWire, Meaney will sit out, with Siulagi Tuimalatu-Brown anticipated to take over his position on the wing, while Manaia Waitere will be added to the Storm's bench.

Last week, Meaney appeared to be in discomfort after taking a knee to the hip or ribs area from Brisbane Broncos player Grant Anderson while attempting to score a try.

As of now, the specifics surrounding his absence remain unclear.

Seeking redemption after a challenging loss to the Broncos during the grand final rematch on Friday, the Storm will make their way to North Queensland.
