In a move that has delighted Melbourne Storm fans, rising star Harry Grant has pledged his allegiance to the club until at least the end of the 2026 season.
Grant, the captain of the Storm, recently exercised an option in his contract to stay put in the Victorian capital, determined to bounce back from their heart-wrenching defeat to the Penrith Panthers in the 2024 NRL Grand Final.
With a hefty 101 NRL games under his belt, 86 of which were spent on the field for the Storm since his debut back in 2018, Grant's rugby league prowess speaks for itself.
At a mere 26 years young, this talented hooker has also donned the Maroon jersey for Queensland on five rambunctious State of Origin series and proudly represented Australia in the green and gold.
Earning accolades left, right, and center, Grant was rightfully crowned the Dally M Hooker of the Year after a stellar 2024 season and even appointed vice-captain for the Kangaroos in the Pacific Championships.
With his sights set on further success and more silverware, Grant's decision to stick with the Storm is a testament to his determination and commitment to lifting the team to new heights.
