Four Melbourne Storm SG Ball players have been selected for the U19 State of Origin squads, with the match set for June 19 at Sunshine Coast Stadium in Queensland.
The chosen players are Amaziah Murgha, Jai Bowden, and Kobi Floro, who have all shown impressive performances in the SG Ball and Jersey Flegg competitions.
Additionally, Cooper Clarke has earned a spot in the NSW squad.
Hayden Watson, a Storm QLD Academy player, has also been called up to the Queensland squad after a successful season in the Mal Meninga Cup with the Burleigh Bears.
Both squads will begin their camps on Friday.
The Queensland team, led by Head Coach Darius Boyd, will work alongside assistant coaches Andrew McCullough and Jesse Maclean.
The NSW squad will be under the guidance of Coach Josh Jackson, supported by assistant coaches Josh Reynolds, Trent Hodkinson, and Dale Finucane.
The one-off match is scheduled to kick off at 7:45 PM on June 19.
