Melbourne Storm have once again showcased their ANZAC Day dominance with a resounding 54-20 victory over the Rabbitohs.
Dynamic duo Cameron Munster and Ryan Papenhuyzen were in fine form, pulling off some Houdini-like moves on the field.
The Storm, who have a rich history of triumph on April 25, notched their eighth consecutive ANZAC Day win with style at AAMI Park.
They wasted no time in piling on the points, scoring six tries in the first 36 minutes.
However, the win may have come at a cost as winger Xavier Coates limped off the field with a hamstring injury after scoring a memorable first-half hat-trick.
The Storm's spine, led by Jahrome Hughes, set the tone early with some silky skills that left the Rabbitohs scratching their heads.
In a true show of confidence, Munster pulled off a quick-thinking kick on the first tackle of a set restart, setting up Coates for a stunning try in the corner.
The Rabbitohs tried to make a comeback, with Cody Walker and Jacob Gagai combining for a slick try in the 18th minute.
But the Storm were on another level, leaving their opponents in their wake.
With their slick moves and relentless attack, Melbourne Storm made it clear that they are a force to be reckoned with on the rugby league field.
The spine sizzled, the points piled on, and the Bunnies were left hopping mad as the Storm reigned supreme once again.
