Peter Sterling has scored a new role as an Ambassador for the Eels Foundation, as reported by the folks over at parraeels.com.au.
The Parramatta Eels couldn't be more stoked to have the Club legend on board.
With four Premiership wins under his belt, Sterling is a true blue Eels icon who has also donned the blue of New South Wales and the green and gold of Australia.
The man himself has snagged two Dally M Medals, the Adidas Golden Boot, and was the pioneer winner of the Clive Churchill Medal.
It's no wonder he's been given the nod for the Eels Hall of Fame and the NRL Hall of Fame.
Taking a stroll through the soon-to-be-opened Centre of Excellence at Kellyville Park, Sterling couldn't contain his excitement about the Eels' trajectory.
It seems like this Club legend is thrilled about where things are heading.
