Two players are facing potential suspensions following judiciary charges from Saturday's NRL matches, which featured some intense contests.

Jacob Kiraz has been charged with a Grade 1 Dangerous Throw on Corey Allan during the 51st minute of the Canterbury Bulldogs' game against the St George Illawarra Dragons.

If he contests the charge, he could face a two-week suspension, or he can opt for an early guilty plea, resulting in a $2500 fine.

Teammate Max King is also in hot water for a Grade 1 Crusher Tackle on Clint Gutherson during the same match.

King faces a penalty of either a $2000 fine or a reduced $1500 fine if he pleads guilty early.

In the last game of the night, the Manly Sea Eagles took on the Melbourne Storm and saw two additional charges.

Jake Simpkin of the Sea Eagles has been referred to the judiciary for a Grade 1 Careless High Tackle on Grant Anderson at the 35th minute.

He faces a $1500 fine or a lesser $1000 fine with an early guilty plea.
