The Gold Coast Titans are facing a challenge ahead of their match against the Melbourne Storm, as injuries have sidelined two key players, Jaylan De Groot and AJ Brimson.

Brimson sustained a head injury during training on Thursday, preventing his participation in the Titans' return home since Round 7.

De Groot will also miss the game due to a minor hamstring issue.

In response, Kieran Foran has been promoted to the starting lineup, teaming up with the young talent Tom Weaver, who is set to play his fourth match of the season alongside the seasoned Foran.

Iszac Fa'asuamaleaui will be brought onto the bench from the reserves.

The rest of the team remains unchanged, with three Origin representatives ready to play after their Wednesday game at Suncorp Stadium, as confirmed by coach Des Hasler.

This weekend is special as it celebrates junior rugby league, coinciding with try-scorer Alofiana Khan-Pereira's milestone of his 50th NRL appearance.

The match is scheduled to kick off at 3 PM on Saturday at Cbus Super Stadium, Gold Coast.
