Spencer Leniu has reportedly been involved in another incident with the media, following a previous altercation with former North Queensland Cowboys player Johnathan Thurston.
According to zerotackle.com, Leniu's recent confrontation occurred with News Corp journalist Brent Read while he was reporting on the sidelines for Triple M Radio during the Roosters' game against the St George Illawarra Dragons on Anzac Day.
The Roosters secured their second consecutive Anzac Day victory in this match.
Brent Read mentioned to The Daily Telegraph that he did not hear the comment from Leniu at the time because he was wearing his radio headset.
He also stated that he would not be lodging a complaint regarding the incident.
This mirrors the resolution of Leniu's earlier encounter with Thurston, which also did not result in any complaints or investigations by the NRL.
