Souths set to add strict clause to Latrell contract in ‘one final chance’

Rugby League bad boy, Latrell Mitchell, is facing a tough new challenge as Souths prepare to lay down the law with a strict behavioural clause in his contract.

Mitchell, a superstar fullback with a history of controversy, found himself in hot water again after a leaked photo showed him in a compromising position with some suspicious white powder in Dubbo.

The Daily Telegraph's Phil Rothfield spilled the beans on Souths' plan to crack down on Mitchell's off-field antics.

The 27-year-old has been given a breach notice and now faces possible suspension or fines.

In true footy fashion, Mitchell will have to front the Rabbitohs' big shots and defend himself against a laundry list of past transgressions, including the notorious Triple M F-bomb incident and the Spencer Leniu social media drama.

It's a make-or-break moment for Mitchell, who must prove to the club that he's willing to shape up and play by the rules.

With his future hanging in the balance, the pressure is on for the talented yet troubled player to show he's got what it takes to be a team player both on and off the field.

Let's see if he can turn things around and score a try for redemption.
