He also ran for 178 metres and made 42 tackles as South Sydney won 42-22.
The performance capped a 2026 season in which the Rabbitohs captain appeared in 20 NRL matches and again delivered for State of Origin.
Across the regular season, Murray scored five tries, made 48 tackle breaks and produced 11 offloads.
He completed 715 tackles at more than 95 per cent efficiency and averaged 112 running metres per game.
After returning from Origin duty, he ran for 176 metres in South Sydney's 32-12 round 17 win over the Parramatta Eels.
In round 24, Murray played 73 minutes, made 56 tackles and gained 119 metres in a 22-6 victory over the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs.
