Smoothy To Join English Super League In 2026

Broncos hooker Tyson Smoothy will depart the Club at the end of the season, to join the English Super League.

The 25-year-old, born in Toowoomba and raised on the Sunshine Coast, has signed a three-year deal with Wakefield Trinity, through until the end of 2028.

Entering his third season at Red Hill this year, Smoothy has played 31 NRL games for Brisbane, since moving north from the Melbourne Storm in 2023.
