The Sydney Roosters have secured the services of young talent Sandon Smith for an additional two years, a move that has delighted Head Coach Trent Robinson.

Smith, who can play in various positions within the spine, has been with the Club since he was 15 and is the first player to graduate to the NRL through the Roosters' Central Coast Partnership.

Making his NRL debut in the 2023 season, Smith appeared in 15 games in his first year in the top grade.

His impressive performances have earned him accolades such as the SG Ball Player of the Year award in 2021 and the Sydney Roosters Rising Star award in 2018.

With this extension, Smith will remain with the Club until at least the end of 2026, a testament to his potential and the Roosters' commitment to nurturing young talent.
