The NRL has announced its most ambitious Las Vegas event yet, confirming a six-team blockbuster for the 2026 season opener at Allegiant Stadium.
Scheduled for Saturday, February 28 (Sunday, March 1 AEDT), the event aims to establish rugby league's presence in the United States with exciting matchups and enhanced fan experiences.
Participating in this showcase will be four Australian NRL clubs: the Bulldogs, Dragons, Knights, and Cowboys.
They will be joined by two teams from the UK Super League, Hull KR and Leeds Rhinos, who will compete in a standalone fixture.
The day will feature a three-game lineup where the Bulldogs will face the Dragons, the Knights will take on the Cowboys, and Hull KR will match up against Leeds, creating a full day of rugby league action under the impressive Allegiant Stadium roof.
In addition to the matches, the NRL has collaborated with major tourism and broadcast partners to introduce competitive travel packages, enhancing accessibility for fans eager to attend this unique event.
This move is part of the league's broader strategy to solidify rugby league's foothold in the American sports landscape.
