The Sharks junior rep and pathways system has had significant success, with a total of 11 male players from two age groups and seven female players selected to represent various NSW teams at the upcoming national schools' rugby league carnivals.

Endeavour Sports High School leads with three Sharks pathways players named for the NSW Combined High School (CHS) boys under 15's, along with five in the under 18's and two in the NSW CHS under-16 girls team.

Other local schools such as St Patricks College, Sutherland, and Heathcote High School will also contribute players to the national event.

Brad Kelly, the 2025 Sharks SG Ball coach and Head Coach at Endeavour, expressed satisfaction with the strong representation from the school, highlighting that their success in the CHS trials and their current performances in the elite Peter Mulholland Cup (PMC) helped them gain recognition from selectors.
