The Jersey Flegg Sharks are set to face the Kaiviti Silktails on Thursday night at Sharks Stadium, following their recent victory against the Warriors.
This matchup provides an opportunity for the Sharks to solidify their position near the top of the ladder.
Kick-off is scheduled for 5.25pm, with gates opening at 5.20pm.
Currently, the Sharks boast a strong 10-3 record, placing them fourth in the standings, just one point behind the ladder-leading Melbourne Storm.
Under the guidance of coach Andrew Dallalana, the team is ready to take on a Silktails squad that, despite being in 14th place, has proven to be formidable, having previously defeated the Storm this season.
In the meantime, the Newtown Jets, partners of Cronulla in the NSW Cup, will benefit from a bye this weekend after their recent loss to the Warriors, which ended with a score of 22-16, leaving them in fifth place overall.
