Applications for the 2025 Female Sharks Winter Academy program are now open, as reported by sharks.com.au.
The academy will assemble three female development squads: under 13/14s, under 15/16s, and under 17/18s.
The deadline for applications is Tuesday, May 27.
Trials for the under 13/14s and under 15/16s will be held at Woolooware High School on Tuesday, June 3.
The specific details regarding trials for the under 17/18s will be confirmed based on the number of applications received, as this will determine the need for a trial.
Selected applicants will receive further trial information via email.
Players who are chosen to be part of the final squads will engage in a training program lasting approximately eight weeks, aimed at preparing them for higher levels of competition.
