The Jersey Flegg Sharks secured their spot in the competition Finals with a convincing win against the Wests Tigers.
This victory propelled them to third place on the under-21 ladder, surpassing the Penrith Panthers.
The Sharks' impressive 13th win of the season has put them in a strong position to contend for the title.
To secure third position and a double chance in the Flegg Finals, the Sharks will need to defeat the Newcastle Knights in their final regular season round.
This match will take place at St Johns Oval in Newcastle, alongside the Sharks' NRL, NRLW, and NSW Cup partner club games against the Knights at McDonald Jones Stadium.
If the Sharks manage to win in Newcastle, they will likely face the Bulldogs in the first week of the Finals.
The Bulldogs currently hold the second spot on the ladder, trailing the first-placed Roosters by four points.
The Flegg Finals series involves the top five teams, with the minor premiers receiving a bye in the first round.
The second-ranked team will face the third-ranked team in a qualifying Final, while the fourth and fifth-ranked teams will compete in an elimination match.
Before the Finals, the Sharks will face a Knights team that has had a disappointing season and will not make it to the Finals.
However, the Knights did record a significant 52-10 victory over Souths in their previous match.
