The Manly SG Ball team recently underwent a demanding beach session, led by experienced Military Officer, Colonel Matt Stevens.
This session, organized by new Coach Nathan Hogan, aimed to break up their pre-season training and instill important values in the players.
Colonel Stevens, a member of the Special Forces Group and President of the Army Rugby League, emphasized the importance of respect, accountability, trust, honesty, teamwork, and brotherhood to the players and coaching staff.
According to Hogan, the session has already had a positive impact on the team, showing promising signs for the upcoming season.
The U19s squad is gearing up for the season kick-off in February and is fully committed to their rigorous pre-season training under the guidance of Coach Hogan.
