In Round 11 of the NSW Cup, the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles secured a hard-fought 18-16 victory against the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs at 4 Pines Park.
This win marked their first triumph since Round 5, putting an end to a four-game losing streak.
The Sea Eagles showcased a strong second-half performance, scoring four tries while keeping the Bulldogs scoreless.
The match began with the Bulldogs making a strong start, scoring two quick tries within the first 11 minutes to lead 12-0.
However, the Sea Eagles responded in the 17th minute when winger Raymond Tuaimalo Vaega crossed the line after Captain Jake Arthur executed a precise cut-out pass.
Vaega managed to fend off defenders and secure the Sea Eagles' first try, narrowing the deficit to 12-4.
