In what can only be described as a perfect setting for honing their rugby league skills, the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles embarked on a journey to the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) in Canberra this past week.

With an opportunity to build on their connection and further develop their abilities in an elite training environment, it was clear that the Sea Eagles were determined to make the most of this camp.

After a fortnight's break during the Christmas holiday period, the players were eager to get back into their stride and embrace the challenge that lay ahead.

With the weather conditions varying from their usual training grounds, the Sea Eagles had to adapt, just like how a skilled winger gracefully glides past opposition defenders.

The AIS camp provided a platform for them to lay the foundations for a successful season ahead, much like the Rugby League greats who have trained at this historic institution before them.

As the Sea Eagles pulled on their training jerseys and stepped onto the hallowed grounds, you could sense a strong sense of camaraderie and determination, akin to a pack of kangaroos fiercely protecting their territory.

With the new year heralding fresh opportunities and prospects, the Sea Eagles rallied together, displaying the true essence of Australian grit and tenacity.

It is safe to say that this camp will serve as a catalyst for their progression, much like a precisely executed drop goal that secures a vital victory.
