Sea Eagles secure top spot for promising newcomer

The Manly Sea Eagles have locked in rising star halfback Joey Walsh for their Top 30 squad in 2025, solidifying their roster with the addition of former Cowboy D'Jazirhae Pua'Avase as well.

Walsh, a former captain of the Australian under-18 rugby union team, has decided to dive headfirst into the world of rugby league, showcasing his talent in junior representative competitions.

Coach Anthony Seibold, known for his keen eye on upcoming talent, believes that Walsh has the potential to make a mark in the NRL in the years to come.

Despite speculation, it has been confirmed that Walsh will be a part of the Sea Eagles' plans for 2025, with Seibold praising his skills and dedication to the game.
