The Manly Sea Eagles have announced a new contract with Aaron Schoupp, extending his stay at the club until 2026. This comes after Schoupp suffered an ACL injury during the last match of the season against the New Zealand Warriors.

Despite his injury, Schoupp expressed gratitude towards the club for sticking to the previously agreed contract extension. He stated, "We had agreed to a new contract before I did my knee, so I'm very grateful for the club to honour that," emphasizing his appreciation for the club's support.

Schoupp is optimistic about his future with the team, asserting, "I truly believe I can get back to my best football at this club." He is focused on his rehabilitation, stating, "I'll be working as hard as I can in preseason so I can get back playing as soon as possible." He added, "I'm excited to repay the faith the club has shown in me."

Joining Manly in mid-2024 from the Gold Coast Titans, Schoupp previously made his NRL debut with the Canterbury Bulldogs in 2021 and played four matches off the bench in 2025.
