Scott Sorensen of the Penrith Panthers faced a setback at the NRL Judiciary after his challenge was unsuccessful.
The forward was cited for a shoulder charge on Nathan Brown during the 33rd minute of the Round 8 matchup against the Sea Eagles.
The Judiciary upheld the original Grade 2 charge, leading to a three-match suspension for Sorensen.
Consequently, he will miss the upcoming Magic Round clash against the Broncos, as well as matches against the Cowboys and Knights.
