Scott Sorensen of the Penrith Panthers is facing suspension following a match against the Warriors.
He has been charged twice by the NRL Match Review Committee.
The first charge, incurred in the 36th minute, is a Grade 2 dangerous contact offense involving Warriors winger Dallin Watene-Zelezniak, which could result in a two-match suspension for an early guilty plea or a three-match ban if contested at the judiciary.
The second charge is a Grade 1 high tackle on Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad in the 67th minute, which results in a monetary fine only.
The Panthers have until 12pm Monday to submit their pleas for both charges.
