The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs have officially opened the 2024 Canterbury-Bankstown District Junior Rugby League (CBDJRL) Season registration period, offering families the opportunity to save up to $100 per child on registration fees.
This new subsidy, funded by Canterbury League Club, aims to reduce costs for families and encourage more children to participate in grassroots rugby league in the local area.
The CBDJRL, established in 1921, covers a large area from Moorebank to Clemton Park in the West, and from Chester Hill and Berala in the North to the Georges River in the South.
In 2023, the 12 clubs within the CBDJRL engaged over 3,500 participants across 204 teams, spanning from Under 5s to men's and women's open teams.
This league's rich cultural diversity unites players from various backgrounds and religions under the sport's banner, making it an inclusive and vibrant community.
Families are encouraged to take advantage of the subsidy and register their children for the upcoming season.
