Aaron Schoupp's career has been a journey filled with ups and downs, initially shining as a promising centre for the Canterbury Bulldogs and later facing health and injury challenges with the Manly Sea Eagles.

As he gears up to recover from a serious ACL injury by 2026, Schoupp remains optimistic, asserting that his "best is yet to come" as he aims to reclaim his status in rugby league.

"I started off my career playing regular NRL and I want to get back to that," he noted, emphasizing his desire to contribute effectively to the Manly Sea Eagles while staying fit and healthy.

While Schoupp dreams of continuing with the Sea Eagles beyond the next season, he's realistic about the nature of the NRL, recalling sudden departures from both the Gold Coast Titans and Bulldogs.

"I've been to three different clubs and I'm 25 this year, so I think for me, I'd love to stay and be a part of Manly moving forward, but a while ago I put a line out saying I wanted to be a Bulldog for life and that backfired on me pretty quick," he expressed candidly.

"Going forward for me, it's about being a part of Manly, and if that's not there, then I'll put my best foot forward wherever I am," he concluded, reflecting on his commitment to the sport.
