Leeds Rhinos prop Justin Sangare has suffered a devastating blow as he has been ruled out for the rest of the season due to a foot injury.

The 25-year-old France international sustained the injury during Leeds' recent defeat against Leigh.

Sangare, who has scored one try in 18 games for the Rhinos since joining from Toulouse, was making his 100th career appearance against the Leopards.

Rhinos head coach Rohan Smith confirmed that Sangare's season is over, stating, "That'll be the season for Justin.

He won't recover in time to get enough training under his belt to play again." This injury will be a significant setback for Sangare and the Rhinos, as they will now have to find a replacement for his powerful presence in the front row.
