Jazz Tevaga joins Samoa following Wakefield Trinity's Super League grand final triumph.
He will reunite with former Warriors teammates Chanel Harris-Tavita and Eels halfback Ronald Volkman.
Harris-Tavita, 27, is the sole NZ Warriors player selected for the Rugby League World Cup, which begins in Australia next week.
He is one of six players retained from Samoa's 2022 World Cup final side, alongside Stephen Crichton, Spencer Leniu, Jarome Luai, Junior Paulo and Panthers winger To'o.
Harris-Tavita played hooker in that 10-30 loss to the Kangaroos at Old Trafford four years ago.
Samoa's wider NRL contingent includes Storm fullback Sua Fa'alogo, Sea Eagles outside back Clayton Faulalo, and Knights second-rowers Francis Manuleleua and Jermaine McEwen.
Also selected are Dolphins back-rower Connelly Lemuelu, Broncos centre-winger Deine Mariner, Knights winger Greg Marzhew, Dolphins fullback Maiso Tabuai-Fidow and Panthers centre Izack Tago.
