Injury Report: Sami Sidelined, Patston to See Surgeon

According to titans.com.au, Phil Sami will not participate in Sunday's Indigenous Round match against the Rabbitohs due to multiple head injury assessments sustained during the game against the Panthers.

Following NRL protocols, Sami will enter an 11-day mandatory stand-down period, preventing him from contact training and games. This comes after he left the field for two separate assessments in the 48th and 81st minutes of the match.

In positive news, Chris Randall is slated to return following his own stand-down after experiencing a Category 1 assessment during Round 21.

In the NRLW, rookie winger Lily Patston will be consulting with a surgeon after sustaining a fractured fibula along with ankle syndesmosis early in their game against the Bulldogs in Newcastle.

The 23-year-old had to leave the field just one minute into her fourth game of the season and is anticipated to undergo a lengthy recovery period.
