The Storm are backing their star player Ryan Papenhuyzen to recover quickly from his recent leg injury, with coach Craig Bellamy confident that the dynamic fullback will be back in action for the final round showdown against the Broncos.
After a depleted team suffered a tough loss in Townsville, Bellamy is looking to field his best team against Brisbane to finish the regular season on a high note before diving into the intense finals series.
Despite Papenhuyzen's early exit from the last match due to a pesky lower leg cork, Bellamy remains optimistic about his speedy recovery.
The coach reassured fans that the medical staff are not too concerned about the injury and are hopeful that Papenhuyzen will be back on the field in no time.
"We'll see when he has a scan how bad it is, but they don't think it's too bad," Bellamy said in his classic laid-back Aussie way.
With a full-strength lineup in sight, the Storm are ready to take on the Broncos with all guns blazing, aiming to secure a solid victory before diving headfirst into the energy of the finals series.
