The news coming out of Parramatta is as electrifying as a breakaway try in the dying minutes of a Grand Final.

The Parramatta Eels, under the guidance of Jason Ryles, have locked in a key member of their forward pack for the long haul.

After securing the signatures of Brendan Hands and Sean Russell last week, the Eels have now extended Kelma Tuilagi's contract until the end of the 2026 NRL season.

Tuilagi, who joined the Eels this year from the Manly Sea Eagles, has quickly become a linchpin in the forward pack and looks to solidify his place in the team under the leadership of Jason Ryles.

Having previously spent two seasons with the Wests Tigers and representing Samoa in the 2022 Rugby League World Cup, Tuilagi has proven himself to be a force to be reckoned with on the field.

In 16 appearances this season, he showcased his skill by scoring three tries, breaking four lines, making a whopping 283 tackles, and averaging an impressive 91 running metres per match - totaling 1471 running metres.

With Tuilagi's commitment and determination, the Eels are sure to charge forward towards success in the seasons to come.
