In a roaring triumph against the Sharks on Friday night, Gold Coast's speedster Alofiana Khan-Pereira has found himself in hot water with the match review committee.
Despite being placed on report for an incident with Cronulla's fullback Will Kennedy in the 55th minute, Khan-Pereira has been charged with a Grade 1 Tripping offense, marking his first brush with the law.
But fear not Titans fans, the winger will still be lacing up his boots to take on the Eels this weekend after escaping suspension.
Opting for the early guilty plea, Khan-Pereira will only need to fork out a meager $1,000 fine.
However, should he choose to fight the charge and end up on the losing side, the price tag will increase to $1,500.
At this stage, the young gun has not revealed his plea, leaving fans on the edge of their seats in anticipation.
Will he take the fine and move on, or will he roll the dice and risk a heavier punishment? The decision is his to make, as the drama unfolds in the court of Rugby League justice.
