The Rugby Challenge Cup final, a prestigious event in the Rugby League calendar, is set to undergo another change in its scheduled date.
Previously held in August, the final will now take place in June, starting from the year 2024.
The iconic Wembley Stadium, known for hosting numerous sporting events, will continue to be the venue for this highly anticipated showdown.
In addition to the men's final, the day will also feature the Women's Challenge Cup Final, the fifth 1895 Cup Final, and the Champion Schools matches.
The 2022 final, contested between Wigan and Huddersfield, took place at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium due to unavailability of Wembley, but the event will now return to its traditional home.
This change in venue highlights the significance of Wembley Stadium as the preferred choice for hosting such prestigious Rugby League matches.
