In some ripper news from the Parramatta Eels camp, it has been announced that Rory Owen has committed to staying with the Club for another two years, keeping her in the fold until at least the end of 2026.

The RLPA 2024 Rookie of the Year made a splash in the NRLW competition this season, making her mark with a try on debut in Round 1 against the Broncos at Suncorp Stadium.

The cool-headed 20-year-old held her own at centre, bagging an impressive five tries from nine matches throughout the season.

Hailing from a background in Rugby 7's, Owen expressed her eagerness to link up with her Blue & Gold teammates once again next year.

With her skillset and potential, she's sure to be a game-changer on the field for seasons to come.
