The Sydney Roosters are gearing up for an exhilarating clash against the Newcastle Knights this Saturday, as they head North for a top-of-the-table showdown.
This will be the third time these two teams face off, with the Roosters emerging victorious in their previous encounters.
In their first match at the Sydney Cricket Ground, the Roosters dominated with six tries, including a double from winger Brydie Parker.
The second meeting between the teams saw the Roosters secure the 2022 Minor Premiership with a narrow two-point win at Allianz Stadium.
Both teams currently sit at the top of the ladder with six wins and one loss, each earning 12 competition points.
However, the Roosters hold a significant advantage in terms of their for-and-against score.
Ahead of the Round 8 fixture, Roosters coach John Strange has made a couple of changes to the lineup, including the NRLW debut of Lily Rogan and the return of Jayme Fressard in the centres.
