The Sydney Roosters have announced that Brandon Smith has been granted an immediate release from his contract, allowing him to move to another NRL club.
The announcement was made via the team's website, roosters.com.au.
Smith, who is player 1213 for the Roosters, made 21 appearances during his debut season in 2023 and participated in 20 games in 2024.
However, his time on the field was cut short due to an ACL injury.
