The Sydney Roosters have been actively advocating for improvements to the transportation options for their fans attending games and events at Allianz Stadium.

Along with other sporting organizations, the club has successfully fought for the retention of on-grass event day parking at Moore Park.

The NSW Government has agreed to keep the parking until at least 2028, or longer if satisfactory alternate transport plans are not in place by then.

This victory ensures that games remain accessible, especially for those without viable public transport options.

Furthermore, the Roosters have been focused on enhancing public transport to the precinct.

They have been advocating for the extension of the proposed Metro West line to include a station at Moore Park.

This effort aims to improve accessibility and convenience for dedicated fans, allowing for a smoother and more enjoyable journey to support the team.

The club's proposal, which has gained coverage in the Daily Telegraph and Channel 7 news, emphasizes efficient transportation for over 40,000 fans per hour, reducing traffic congestion and providing faster access to and from games.

In a letter to NSW Premier Chris Minns, the Roosters, as part of the Alliance of Moore Park Sports, expressed their strong support for the Metro West extension.

These initiatives mark a significant step towards improving the overall fan experience and ensuring that attending games at Allianz Stadium is as convenient as possible.
