Being the first club in the female game to establish a pathway from Tarsha Gale to Harvey Norman Women's Premiership to NRLW, the Lisa Fiaola Cup trials present an exceptional opportunity for talented young female players to join the Roosters' system from the age of 16.
The Roosters have already achieved remarkable success in their female pathways, with their U19 squad creating history by securing back-to-back Tarsha Gale Premierships in 2022 and 2023.
To be eligible for participation in the Sydney Roosters Lisa Fiaola Cup season, aspiring players must be turning either 16 or 17 in 2024.
