The NRL Rookie Camp is an important event for young rugby league players, providing them with valuable education and guidance.

The camp, run by the NRL Wellbeing and Education team, covers a wide range of topics including cultural awareness, respectful relationships, and social media management.

It also includes media training sessions and advice on financial management.

This year, five development contract players from the Wests Tigers will be attending the camp: Kit Laulilii, Chris Faagutu, Tony Sukkar, Solomone Saukuru, and Alexander Lobb.

The camp is a great opportunity for these players to learn about the responsibilities and expectations of being a professional athlete, setting them up for success in their rugby league careers.
