The Parramatta Junior League, in light of the growing number of female players, has recently introduced the Female Player of the Year Award.
This prestigious award aims to recognize and inspire the standout female player and person within the district.
The award is open to all female players aged 12 years or older, allowing for a competitive field of talented athletes.
Clubs were given the opportunity to nominate a player who has made a significant impact on their team and the players they play alongside.
Following the Board Meeting on Tuesday night, the winner of this esteemed award, along with other awards, was selected by the Parramatta Junior League Board of Management.
This initiative highlights the league's commitment to fostering and celebrating the achievements of its female players.
