Reynolds' Rare Frustration with Broncos Revealed

Brisbane Broncos halfback Adam Reynolds has shared the singular moment he felt truly "pissed off" at the club, a situation that, interestingly, led to a premiership title for the team.

In excerpts from his upcoming autobiography, On My Own Terms, Reynolds reflects on the unexpected firing of former coach Kevin Walters, which he admitted caught him completely off guard.

He characterized this incident as the only time he experienced genuine anger towards the Broncos organization.

"Not for one second did I expect him to get sacked," Reynolds wrote. "And still to this day, I think he was hard done by. The Broncos have only pissed me off once, and it was when they sacked Kev."

Reynolds also pointed out that the playing group learned about Walters' dismissal via media reports, rather than being informed directly from club officials, which led to feelings of frustration and disappointment among the players.
