The warriors.kiwi website has recently reported that aspiring rugby league players now have the opportunity to register for three Sky Sport Future Warriors trials.

These trials are being held for the club's expanded stable of junior teams that will be participating in the 2024 season.

The NZ Warriors have made significant strides in their pathways programme, now including three age group teams in the highly respected competitions of the New South Wales Rugby League.

In addition to their participation in the SG Ball Cup for under-19 players, the club has introduced teams for the Jersey Flegg Cup (under-21) and Harold Matthews Cup (under-17).

Furthermore, they have established an academy squad for under-15 players.

The competition structure has been designed to allow players to progress through each level, from the academy squad all the way up to the New South Wales Cup and NRL squads.

This expansion of the club's junior teams is a testament to the commitment and dedication of the NZ Warriors in developing young talent in the sport of rugby league.
