Ravens Out to Forge Identity in World Cup Quest

Canada's coach, Matt Baron, aims for the Ravens to cultivate a distinct style of play during the IRL Women's Rugby League World Series 2025 that embodies the rich history of Canada.

Taking over from foundational coach Mike Castle, Baron views the tournament in Brampton, Ontario, as a vital chance for the team to establish their own identity, grounded in the values that Canadians cherish.

The roster includes players such as Maddy Aberg, Grace Campbell, Alanna Fittes, and Danielle Franada from the Alberta Broncos, along with others like Rebecca Kochuk, Sarah Maguire, and Gabrielle Hindley, representing the BC Storm, and Megan Pakulis from the Gold Coast Titans.
