In a thrilling clash at GIO Stadium, weststigers.com.au reports that Wests Tigers narrowly fell short, suffering a 28-22 loss to the Raiders.

The game started with a bang as Ashleigh Quinlan grounded the ball for the hosts, taking advantage of Pauline Piliae-Rasabale's failure to diffuse the kick in goal.

The Raiders continued their dominance when Hollie-Mae Dodd effortlessly sliced through Wests Tigers' goal line defense, extending their lead.

However, Wests Tigers showed resilience, with captain Kezie Apps breaking free from defenders and offloading to Leianne Tufuga for their first try.

Apps then showcased her skills again, dragging multiple Raiders defenders across the line to draw level after initially trailing 12-0.

Unfortunately, there was a scare for Wests Tigers when Ebony Prior, their dummy-half, left the field due to an ankle injury, but fortunately, she returned to the game.
