The NRL Schoolgirl Cup - Queensland has officially launched, with support from Gold Coast Titans coach Karyn Murphy and captain Georgia Hale, showcasing the potential of future stars.
This year, the competition features an increase in participation, with 20 schools competing, up from 13 last year.
The Titans sponsor the SEQ Pool of the tournament, known as Pool A, which includes notable schools such as St James College, Stretton SC, Palm Beach Currumbin SHS, Marsden SHS, Mabel Park SHS, Keebra Park SHS, and reigning national champions Ipswich SHS.
In other developments within school competitions, the Queensland schoolboys are also active, with events like North Queensland's Aaron Payne Cup kicking off this week.
