Queensland Rugby League has announced the Maroons squad for Game II of the 2025 State of Origin series, taking place on June 18 at Perth's Optus Stadium.

Notably, Kalyn Ponga has been selected for the team, alongside new entrants Kurt Capewell, Corey Horsburgh, Jack Howarth, and Ezra Mam, who have been recognized for their strong performances in the NRL.

The squad sees changes from Game I, with Daly Cherry-Evans and Beau Fermor being dropped, while Jesse Arthars and Kulikefu Finefeuiaki return to their clubs after participating in Camp Maroon.

Queensland head coach Billy Slater is expected to address the media this morning as preparations begin for the upcoming camp on the Sunshine Coast.
