Hull KR's head coach, Willie Peters, is confident that Mikey Lewis will "own" the Super League Grand Final.

According to reports from skysports.com, Lewis has been a standout player over the past two seasons, earning the Man of Steel award last year for his impressive performance.

This time, Lewis has a chance to leave a lasting impression at Old Trafford as Hull KR aims for a historic treble.

He played a crucial role in their Challenge Cup victory, making a vital conversion during the final moments that brought the club their first trophy in more than 40 years.

Peters noted a parallel between Lewis and 23-year-old Reece Walsh, who shone for the Brisbane Broncos in their recent NRL Grand Final. His observations of Walsh's game have led him to envision how Lewis could step into a leading role during the Super League Grand Final.

"Obviously, that's going to be up to Mikey. I mean, you look at what Reece Walsh did last weekend," Peters remarked.
